During repairing modern methods of construction and advanced technologies of wraps production, which allow their consistent performance. Experience, gained by our team, allows to implement reparations of any type of difficulty. The extent of necessary maintenance is determined individually in every certain case according to damage assessment electric equipment. The duration of maintenance depends on the difficulty and amount of work and is agreed with a client.
During the maintenance these units are used:
– wrap cables with various types of products of the leading wire factories;
– modern electric isolation materials of leading producers.
Technological process of maintenance in terms of details and units construction and replacement, installation, setup and start and adjustment testing fully suits the technology of new equipment production.
Quality control is implemented on every step of reparation of electrical machines according to established quality plans. After the work is finished, the all the startup testing is done. There is guarantee from 12 to 36 months depending on the type of reparation on all kinds of repaired equipment. The works can be implemented on the equipment exploitation ground and in our firm’s departments.
